Advanced Ballet Barre

This is an advanced ballet barre workout for dancers who are ready to push themselves. This ballet class will help you build strength, technique, and musicality. Being a ballerina requires an enormous about of ballet training, so I hope these exercises can help you get there. Remember – no ballet class should be too “easy” – even if it is under your current level, there is always something to work on!
