Hops on Pointe

Today we talk about hops on pointe. These are some of the hardest steps to do in ballet class or in a performance. But you can improve them! Make sure you are doing them correctly with proper form, have quad and ankle strength, are lifting up through the core, and don’t fear them! Hops en pointe are 90% mental, so make sure you believe in yourself.
