Intermediate/Advanced Pointe Class

This is a pointe class for dancers of the intermediate and advanced level. It is designed to build strength and control through the feet as well as proper shape and dexterity. This workout doesn’t require a lot of space, so you can easily do it at home! Make sure you have warmed up with a barre or other exercises before doing this class.
