The Dancer’s Best Body Program takes dancers through a proven process to identify the meal plan that works best for them. As they’re guided through the necessary lifestyle shifts to make lasting change they’ll experience a transformation in mindset as well. Past participants have reported an increase in confidence in their dancing abilities as well as their ability to attain their personal best body. They have experienced improved body image and have felt supported and capable of making lasting change.

The program is divided into 30 lessons over 7 Modules in 7 weeks. There is a bonus 8th Module released later to help with maintaining progress and moving beyond the support of the program. Lessons are made up of a mixture of audio, video and worksheets.
